The Employment Readiness Project is a bold initiative by Unite Africans With Hope, focused on equipping youth and underserved individuals across African communities with the skills, confidence, and connections they need to thrive in today’s job market. In our first outreach, we facilitated hands-on workshops, career mentorship, and job placement support for over 150 participants—opening doors to meaningful work and financial independence.

This project is more than job training—it’s a pathway to dignity, purpose, and long-term stability. By partnering with local businesses, donors, and volunteers, we’re building bridges between talent and opportunity. Every person deserves a chance to contribute and succeed—and we’re here to make that vision a reality.
